A clearer path through the prevention day

FireVantage is built around the work prevention teams in the United States and Canada already do: planning the day, visiting properties (online or offline), recording findings, and keeping site information ready when response crews need it. Here is how the pieces fit together.

Inspections

Templates, cycles, photos, and finished reports

You set up checklists that match your adopted codes and your local process. Occupancy classes drive inspection due dates that advance when you close out. In the field, inspectors work through items online or offline, attach photos, and can use vision AI to help spot issues. Scoring, invoices when you need them, and PDF close-out live in the same workflow.

Properties and pre-plans

One record for the site, the buildings, and the story

Property records hold addresses, map pins, buildings, and spaces. Pick a US or Canadian market, enable local address sources, and optionally focus search around your operating city. Pre-plan packs sit with that same record, so prevention work and response readiness stay aligned.

Plan my day

Turn a long list into a route you can run

Open work, overdue stops, and today’s appointments are easier to manage when you can see them on a map and choose a starting point. Plan my day helps you order stops with less guesswork before the first apparatus leaves the station.

Cody

Answers grounded in your codes and your schedule

Cody is there when someone needs a quick check on a code question or a clearer picture of what is overdue. It uses your organization’s code library (US ICC/NFPA packs or Canadian NFC and provincial sets) and live schedule context, which keeps help useful without inventing requirements your AHJ never adopted.
